I have found a few recipes to share with you this holiday, I hope that you enjoy them as well as take advantage of this incredible sale for this holiday weekend.
1) 60 milliliters of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2) 4 dashes of freshly squeezed lemon juice
3) 1 bar spoon of granulated sugar
4) 1 splash of sparkling water
To Make; In a mixing glass, dissolve the sugar with the lemon juice and the sparkling water. Add the Jameson Irish Whiskey, and fill with some ice. Stir well, and strain over fresh ice into a sour glass. Garnish with a cherry ( optional )
Jameson Ginger And Lime:
1) 1 ounce of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2) 2 ounces of ginger ale
3) 1 lime wedge
To Make; Fill a highball glass ( Tail Glass ) with some ice. Pour 1 ounce of Jameson Irish Whiskey over the ice. Top with the ginger ale, stir lightly to prevent the soda from fizzing over the glass. Take a large wedge of the lime, give it a squeeze, and drop into the glass. And enjoy.
Snow Day Sling:
1) 1 and a half ounces of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2) Half an ounce of mulled red wine
3) Half an ounce of Domaine de Conton Ginger liqueur
4) 1 ounce of pineapple juice
5) 3/4 ounce of lemon juice
6) Half an ounce of simple syrup
7) Pineapple and cloves to garnish
To Make; Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice, shake until the base of the shaker is frosty and cold. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a fresh piece of pineapple and cloves. To make the mulled red wine. One ounce of orange juice,1/4 ounce of sugar, and 3 ounces of red wine, a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. Microwave in a heat safe container all together and stir well. You can also gently heat up all the ingredients in a saucepan on the stove top. Ps. If you do not have Ginger Liqueur, you can use fresh ginger muddled. And this will work just as good.
1) 1 ounce of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2) 1 ounce of green Chartreuse
3) 1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth
To Make; In a mixing glass, stir all the ingredients together with some ice. Then strain into a cocktail glass. Preferably a champagne coupe.
The New Irish Breakfast:
This cocktail is going to require a little bit of patience to prepare, just to give you a heads up.
1) 2 ounces of banana- infused Jameson Irish Whiskey
2) 1-2 ounces of fresh squeezed orange juice
to Make; In a cocktail shaker combine the banana-infused Jameson Irish Whiskey, and orange juice. Shake until well chilled. Pour into an old-fashioned glass over a large format ice cube. Garnish with a pinch of black sugar sprinkles.
To Make the banana- infused whiskey: Slice two ripe bananas and put in a clean glass jar with an airtight lid. Pour half a 750 milliliter bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey into the jar and close tightly. Let sit on the counter in a dark spot, and turn the jar gently once a day. After 4-5 days, strain the bananas slices out using a wire mesh strainer. And pour the whiskey through a coffee filter back into the jar. Refrigerate for up to one month. Hope you can wait that long to enjoy this one.
