Statesman Old Fashioned:Old Fasioned Cocktail:


1) 2 ounces of Old Forester Statesman

2) 1/4 ounce of Ancho Chile Liqueur

3) 1/2 ounce of Maple Syrup

4) 2 droppers of Tobacco Bitters

5) A lemon peel

To Make; Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass, or a cocktail shaker, do not shake, stir well. Strain the drink into a double old fashioned glass filled with some ice cubes. Garnish with a wide lemon peel, wit with the oils from the peel expressed over the cocktail.

Spirit used; Old Forester Statesman.

The Fords Negroni:


1) 1 ounce of Fords Gin

2) 1 ounce of Campari

3) 1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth

4) 1 orange slice for the garnish ( optional )

To Make; Measure ingredients in a mixing glass, make sure that the glass is big enough to hold all the ingredients without spilling out. Fill the glass with some ice, and stir using a bar spoon, until the cocktail is well chilled. You can use the cup of a cocktail shaker if that is what you have available. Strain over fresh ice using a hawthorn strainer, into a rocks glass ( short glass ). Float the orange slice on top of the drink to garnish the beverage.

Spirit used; Fords GinFords Negroni:

Jack And Coke:

Every one knows this classic cocktail.


1) 2 ounces of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7

2) Coca- Cola

To Make; Fill a highball glass 3/4 the way up with some ice cubes. Pour in Old No. 7 and top off with the Coca- Cola. you can not get any easier than this classic cocktail. This also makes a great frozen drink for those hot summer days. Sparkling Boulevardier:


1) 1 ounce of Dry Sparkling Wine

2) 1 ounce of Rye Whiskey

3) 1 ounce of Campari

4) 1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth

5) Fresh rosemary for the garnish

To Make; In a mixing glass with ice, add the Rye Whiskey, Campari, and the Sweet Vermouth. Stir with a bar spoon until well chilled. Strain into a classic cocktail glass and top off with the Sparkling Wine. Garnish with the rosemary. For a smoky element, you can light the rosemary until it smokes, then douse it out in the cocktail. If you want a more classic cocktail, garnish with a Luxardo cherry instead of the rosemary.Festive Cocktail:

Colingwood Sour:


1) 1 1/2 ounces of Collingwood Blended Canadian Whiskey

2) 3/4 ounce of Simple Syrup

3) 3/4 ounce of Lemon Juice

To Make; Fill a cocktail shaker with some ice. Add in all the ingredients, and shake well, until good and cold. Condensation should form on the outside of the cocktail shaker. Strain into a lowball glass or a rocks glass, either one will work just as good. The glass should have fresh ice cubes in it before you strain the drink in. You can garnish this beverage with an orange peel, or a maraschino cherry. ( optional )

Dark And Stormy:


1) 2 ounces of dark rum

2) 6 ounces of Ginger Beer

3) Fresh Lime Wedge

To Make; Pour the ginger beer into a highball glass over some ice. Top off with the dark rum, and garnish with the lime wedge.

Gentleman’s Manhattan:


1) 1 1/2 ounces of Gentleman Jack

2) 1/2 ounce of Dry Vermouth

3) 1/2 ounce of Sweet Vermouth

4) 2 dashes of Bitters

To Make; Fill a cocktail mixing glass halfway with some ice cubes. Add all the ingredients into the glass and stir for ten seconds. Strain the cocktail into a champagne coup. Add two dark cherries on a pick and rest on the side of the glass to garnish. ( optional )

Horse’s Neck:


1) 2 ounces of Old Foresters Classic 86 Proof

2) 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

3) Ginger Ale

4) 1 long lemon peel

To Make; In an ice filled Collins glass, combine the bourbon with the Bitters. Top off with the Ginger Ale. Peel a generous lemon peel, express a light squeeze of the oil from the peel over the cocktail, and tuck the peel into the cocktail, winding through the ice.
